In Japan, I bought nose tape and mouth tape. Surprisingly, the mouth tape held up throughout the night but wife said I still snore.
Next night I put two nose tapes on my nose. Still didn't help.
Instead I had a red nose for the day. Like a sunburnt nose.

you should probably practice breathing through your nose laying down before taping up...
