Was upgrading the base server software this morning and something went wrong. Should be fixed now, sorry for the outage.

Don't you have some fishing or golfing to do down there? Should be close to 2nd lunch time there, go eat some fresh shrimp or oysters on the half. Step away from the computer.

:)

Actually what happened was the wringer washing machine overloaded my small generator and crashed my my old 386SX computer which runs the forum. I tried to boot up the TRS-80 model 4 as backup but the floppies were all covered with black mold.
I think it is getting close to happy hour.:beer:

LOL I had all of those computers at one time, except the wringer washer. Maybe JTip wants more of my hand-me-down "upgrades"? :-)

My first computer generated appraisals reports were prepared on a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 4 and printed with a daisy wheel printer onto forms purchased from Forms and Worms. Before that they were typed on a typewriter.

Even though technology has advanced 1000% since then, I am glad I don't have to put up with all the bull from AMC's and other clients that you guys do today. I don't think I could do it, my hat is off to all of you.

I swear it's not in my blood, just bad luck.

Bought my wife a transformer pad, TF700, brushed aluminum case, gorilla glass, quad core, sweet click in keyboard.....and guess what I get.....her hand me down single core 2 pound tablet, with the optional pink cover.

Can't win.:shrug::new_smile-l:
