Are there any Comparable Sales of Slip-Form Grain Elevators out there?

I have a 1,000,000 Bu. Subject with 20,000 Bu Per Hour Flow Capacity, with 1/2 built in 1997 and the second half just being completed.

I'll reciprocate any and all comparables.
