Slow section(Nevada Appraisers)

Im curious to know why this section is so slow compared to other state threads?:icon_question: Are Appraisers that busy in Nevada? Or is it a lack of Appraisers?

Anyway, just trying to spruce up this section.:new_all_coholic:

It could be because Nevada is almost like 2 different states. Northern Nevada. Reno, Carson City, Lake Tahoe and outlying rural areas. Southern Nevada. Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump. Not a hell of a lot in between.
We have an organization, CAN, (Colaition of Appraisers in Nevada) That is active in the state but does virtually nothing in Northern Nevada.
And you must remember that our population is pretty small in relation to geographical area.
Also our state regulatory agency is woefully under funded so not much new comes out of them.
Finally. It seems that most anything relevant is covered in other threads.
Oh! Yeah! I almost forgot. Whenever I have mentioned this forum and what a great source of information it is I find that most, if not all, just don't even want to check it out. Their loss I think.
