Slow?

We have lots of rules and no accountability

The one major problem they will have with that is that they will no longer be able to blame us when they mess up!

I love when they say that this will alleviate the delays in closing caused by appraisers. How many closings are delayed? How many are delayed when the appraisal is ordered 1 week prior to closing? 2 weeks? 3 weeks? 4 weeks? I think the pattern would be the further out the appraisal is ordered the less times an appraiser causes the delay.

Not that anyone will take our side in this discussion.

djd why did you post that here on this thread?

It was for the fake news thread. sorry.

Slow ? That means no more shortage, right?

I notice it's taking me longer to complete a report because of the details and consistencies in using UAD. Technology can go so far. Reviewing and more details in report are slowing me down. I could do. I remembered before UAD changes, I was trying to finish as many reports as I can. It was frenzy working nonstop. And I was right. After UAD, I can't spit out as many reports like the good old days.

Not slow at all. AMCs offering insane four digit fees for appraisals turned in before December 23rd!
