Small But Bothersome Athena Question

Some 2 1/2 years ago, we moved our office and with it, got a new area code and phone number.

The problem is that our reports still continue to show the company name and the old phone number on top of some pages such as on the very top of the URAR, pg 1.

It's one of those small problems we've just overlooked in the press of business.

Does anybody know how to edit this so we can have the proper phone number displayed, or even to turn this off?
 
tech support can help you out. I did the same thing four years ago, but I don't remember how we fixed it. Good Luck!
 
Call alamode and they will give you a new registration name, code etc.

All it does is change the info that is registered into your software. Nothing else changes. I've done it a couple of times trying to figure out what business name I was going to use after I finnish my trainee time. It's very easy, let tech support walk you through it

You cannot edit it. It is fixed in a file. If you don't want your business name on the form, they can substitute it for a subscriber number, and you will need to install the new updated file.
 
I have to tell you all a little story.

About 3 days after I posted this question, I got a fax and an email from alamode tech support. Then a day or so later, I got a call from tech support who walked me through the process and the problem is fixed.

The young support guy relayed to me that he had received a message from "someone" to take care of this problem....and he did. He even took a little time to talk fishing with me.

Now I'm not sure but I would be willing to bet that this is one of the few times that tech support from anywhere has initiated a call to fix a problem.

Need I say more on why alamode has been my choice for appraisal software?

All you gotta do is post the question on the Forum here. I've had them call me four times offering to help with something I've posted about here. I guess they monitor this forum, looking for unsatisfied customers. That's pretty dedicated service if you ask me!
