Has anyone figured out how to use the new smart adjust in Total? I’ve looked for training and help docs on it. Can’t seem to find them.

If you click on 'configure' in the SA column for the varied fields, then some basic contextual help pops up.

Since I just joined the elite, I have one on one time coming. I looked at the smart adjustment configure, but it makes no sense. We can adjust for a garage, but not for the number of openings? We probably can but it isn’t as simple as the 2.6 smart adjustment. The fewer things I have to individually adjust the better.

You have to click on configure and "ADD" what you want. I just added Openings and used $2,500. Here is the result. Does that help you?

ETA: Disregard other I wrote. I --think-- maybe you can can get something to work but it all seems so erratic.

I have tried things, got correct calculations, then incorrect, then I deleted all figures from the configure screen.

Subject a Comp both have 2 Car Att Garage 424sf >>>>> Comp has -$10,000 adjustment. It simply won't recalculate.

All of the "Configure screens have been triple checked. All adjustments are $0.
