Hello,
I have been developing on-line software to help homeowners reduce their property taxes. It is an AVM product that will estimate the market value of a home, and then produce a value report that they can use for the appeal process.
One of the features is a product called the "Appraiser Assisted Report" where a licensed appraiser will review the valuation for accuracy and modify it how he wishes to make the valuation more accurate. Once the site is operational, appraisers can apply to be affiliates of the site and get the revenue from these reports.
I would like 1 licensed appraiser from the following counties to beta test the system: King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Grays Harbor. Experienced beta testers are preferred, but I will be supplying a test case syllabus. I expect to be ready to do formal beta testing this week.
If you are interested, please reply to this posting with your preferred county (1 per appraiser) and your email address. The first post per county will get the job. I will contact each tester privately with instructions.
