According to this article it makes your home worth more or less and it makes it harder or easier to sell. Good think they got that cleared up for us. Can't stop laughing about their conclusion that solar adds 4 to 6 %. Would that be to a $100,000 home or to a $1,000,000 home?

"many home sellers argue that because they paid $20,000 or $40,000 for solar panels, that is the value they should add to the home.

But the PV Value tool instead computes the amount of money the home will save in electricity thanks to the panels, and adds that value to homes. Thus, an average-sized solar array that is a few years old might add $6,000 to $10,000 in value to the home.

Hmmmm!!!! I thought the market determines the value of somethink and not the " SO CALLED BOOK OF ADJUSTMENTS". When making adjustments, I find paired sales to support adjustments or the lack of adjustments.
