Backhoes are great.
Recently had a freezer die with about 100 lbs of beef; didn't find out for about a week. The smell was as bad as Nando's logic.
Borrowed a backhoe from a buddy. Dug a hole in the back of the property and buried the freezer, meat and all. All that's left is trying to get the smell out of the detached garage. Maybe I'll find a road-kill skunk; it would be infinitely better.

Read an article the other day about a new development in no-sun exchangers. I believe the research is at Stanford, where this development is being tested and if it holds true, there will be a more sought-after use, in the near future.

There is lots of research into wave energy also. Oregon is looking into off shore wave enery generation. Is in the process of finding a site and getting approvals.

We have a company/business in New Haven that uses the Housatonic River as a source, they also use wind and the combination must be good, it's been up about 10-15 years. If it didn't pay for itself, am sure they would have taken it down. I believe they also have water turbines in the Hudson, NYC
