I believe their staff has already accepted it, they are just "bidding" it out to have a record of it. That's my theory anyway.I'm 100% a moron and the most simple solution was correct. I didn't think to try the app. I didn't know they had one.
Use the app. Change the tone to something distinct. Test the notifications within the app settings. Set your default availability to full. Then you're good. After missing nearly 50 in a row, I just got my first one
