Song and Dance from Alamode

Shortly after my schooling and getting my registered # from the State of Georgia, I ordered the alamode software with flood maps and platinum service.
Now that I have a mentor who does not use alamode, I have attempted
several times to get a commitment from them, both via e-amil and from their represetative, to honor their 100 day money back guarantee and give my credit card the much needed credit of that purchase.
So far nothing and the 100 days are going to be up shortly.
Any suggestions out there from you veterans?
Maybe Dave the CEO may read this and it will get it done.

Forum works pretty good.
Shortly after this post was on the forum, maybe 15 minutes, Alamode calls me.
Representative at first claiming amnesia(didn't remember talking to me)
but then said he has it on file.
Anyways, I have been given a return authorization number and that
is what I have wanted to hear for the past couple of months.
