Spark vs Quicksource hands free MLS imports?

I want a program that downloads comps and fills out grid like MLS import used to do. All of my MLS systems are available on Quicksource.

Which of these two is better for downloading comps from MLS WITHOUT having to spend hours setting up new MLS export /total import templates?

This is not about cost, verification, mc form, etc. Lots of posts out there about that.

To save time..I would appreciate answers only from actual users with firsthand experience. On topic commentors, I appreciate your responses

I don't know where you'll land, but whatever you chose will only get you halfway there. It seems like the top-half of the grid is pretty good, but mid-way down the page it goes off the rails. In my market, the MLS doesn't require (and the agents can't be bothered) to properly fill out the correct information regarding whether or not the property has a basement, deck, patio, porch, fence, and now closing costs.

I get requests from form fillers (from India or the Philippines) a couple of times a year, offering to work for pennies, but I always think, what's the point? I enter data as fast as any of them, and it's my time to verify the facts. Also, I don't know what's up recently, but sometimes I'm even getting the wrong size... Anyway, whatever solution you choose won't be perfect. I think a reliable trainee is the best bet.

but if I understand the protocol correctly, cloud storage is a back-up for files maintained on the hard drive. But if OneDrive is the primary save-as location, are files also being saved locally?
As an aside if you choose Spark, its limitation is not to link with every version of every form onc 1025 and GPAR. User just needs to remember which version always to use for each new report.

TruFootage is a POS company.
Just an update... 5 tech support calls and a 2 hour quicksource product coaching session later..

Quicksource does not import MLS data into a 1025 form. Tried all 3 of my MLS systems. Product coach nvited 2 other "coaches" in to discover no imports function for multifamily. Pretty much worthless other than single family properties. Time spent setting up my multifamily MLS exports wasted...at least in regards to quicksource.

Call ended in typical customer service fashion (although very polite); the coach asked that I submit a support request separately; as he could not do it. Apparently involving the other two coaches also meant nothing as far as customer support level.

He did tell me that it is unlikely they will get to it anytime soon as everyone's working on the UAD 3.6.
