Lender asks me if I can generate the SSR Cert. Is an appraiser supposed to provide it?
If so, how can I get this?

The SSR (Summary Submission Report) is generated when an appraisal report is submitted to the GSEs via the UCDP. It is provided to the lender, of the lender's delegate (e.g. AMC). It is a violation of GSEs' policies for a lender to provide the SSR to the appraiser. So, no - an appraiser should not provide this; an appraiser should not even have it to provide
