My time per appraisal has doubled in the past 12 months for the most part. Between 4-5 comps, listings,extensive cross referencing etc.... anyone that states they are doing things in half the time is doing anything but a "good job".

I charge the same fee for non-fannie work I did in 1998. And its a bunch more work. Agree totally.
