Of course, even though sentence structure and spelling are topics that should've been covered in grade school, definitely mastered by high school.
Was just busting your chops! That said, as someone who once taught English Composition at a university and a junior college, I can attest that a high school education is not a guarantee that someone can write coherently and effectively.

Lol, I know I'm pretty sure you could just as well as I can attest that a high school diploma is a guarantee.

I do get your prospective, but the emphasis need to be put on the actual profession, in many instances degrees require some courses that aren't quite
necessary, but are there to fulfill the gaps for college credit $requirements $

or "write"

Maybe in 2020 all trainees will need a Master degree, and all other license levels will require PHD's, lol .

And here we have all these College Educated (FNMA / AQB Etc) folk writing specifics that need to be met, without Thinking ??

Post #35 sums it up appropriately; I support an alternate method to the College requirement for those who have Experience & Working Knowledge and have gathered the geographic competency to determine; market conditions, and market supply/demand concepts. Sounds almost like the required Concept of USPAP & FNMA guidelines, of which USPAP needs to be re-written every two years because it's interpretations only last for two Years; As a college professor / State Board examiner, once noted; how does a "Profession" have to re-write it's guidelines every 2 years ??
