For anyone interested in stigmatized properties, Stephan Paddock's two houses in Nevada are now listed for sale, Stephan Paddock was the killer of 58 people on Oct. 1, 2017 in Las Vegas. The addresses are 1372 Babbling Brook Court, Mesquite, NV and 1735 Del Webb Parkway West, Reno, NV.

Not too stigmatized because nobody was ever killed in those homes and people mostly never knew this guys name , my best guess is a 10% to 20% haircut at most , when things get nasty is when a celebrity is murdered or multiple murders are committed in a house then haircuts get very large.

Zillow shows the one in Reno as having been owned by Paddock and that proceeds from the sale will go to the victims. They don't mention it for the one in Mesquite. The local newspaper reports that the house in Mesquite was appraised for $390,000 and it is currently listed for $449,000. The garage door has been replaced after it was torn off by the FBI when they searched the property. The murder weapons were stored at the Mesquite property prior to the shooting. I don't think it will sell at a premium like the listing agent seems to believe.

Interesting. I was actually thinking about this topic back when the news media was camping out at his home.
I wonder if any negative stigma would be erased, knowing that the proceeds are going to the victims?
We shall see.

The house would be better used as a museum of the macabre. The FBI can then set up hidden security cameras noting who the tourists interested in such activities are. I mean, the govt spy’s on everyone anyway, why not set up an attraction that would appeal to other wold be serial killers
