Stop eating so much

I eat a lot of grass-fed stuff, meat, butter, milk, and cheese, and my body fat ratio is 19%. I want to get it down a little further with the type of therapy Digger is doing, the old stimulate the pituitary gland thing. That and my skin is turning into parchment, which HGH therapy reverses.

"This latest data only confirms what I’ve seen in my clinic: We’re not gaining weight because we stopped moving. We’re gaining because we’re overfed."

Not necessarily overfed but eating shi food my breakfast was an asparagus omelette with smoked salmon and a keto glaze and blackened COD

Based on my recent experience, it is not only how much you eat but also what you eat. For the last 15+ years my weight has bounced between 295 and 300 lbs, with the exception of COVID when I got up to 315. That said I am 6’7” tall, wear a size 40 pant and have never had to take any sort of medication.

At my annual checkup in January my A1C was 6.2, which means is near the upper end of the pre-diabetes range. Up to that point I snacked on lots of chocolate and M&M peanuts, plus lots of holiday cookies. Decided I would try to reduce my A1C by cutting out the extra treats and watch my consumption of foods with lots of added sugars. Long story, the doctor rechecked my A1C a couple weeks ago and it was down to 5.5 and I weighed in at 270. I purposely did not change my activity level just to see what a reduction in my sugar intake would do and other than watching my sugar intake, I maintained both what and the amount of food I normally ate. I am now increasing my activity level and maintaining the reduced sugar intake, to see what type of impact that will have on both my weight and A1C.

I go with real oatmeal, raisins, cinnamon, and wild blueberries for breakfast. That keeps me satisfied until lunchtime.

no need for breakfast...eat once a day...autophagy occurs approximately 12 to 14 hours of not eating

I noticed when I go to buffets, I don't eat as much as several years ago.
After two rounds, I got full.
For a long time, it was hard to get rid of the bulging stomach.
This year I'm seeing it getting smaller finally.
My stomach must be getting smaller.
I think I lost 4 pounds this year. And my face is sagging because of it.:(
