The map is truly helpful, thanks Marion Rhodes. There are no wells present in the subject market area. I don't see anything in the state minerals map either except for a possible "yellow dot / sand." The mineral right is intact under the property in someone's name. That means whomever owns it can "enjoy" their minerals. Minerals are the dominant estate in almost every state. However, as a practical matter, no one is going to pay for the surface damage of tearing down a condo...but with horizontal drilling, a well could be drilled horizontally from up to two miles away and go right under the property...technically. As a practical matter outside the Jay field, I can't recall Florida being anything but a "drillers graveyard".but it appears to be since it's a condo
