I have the Okidata 7200 color laser printer (LED). It is expensive ($1600+ at techdepot at office depot), but is high speed 20 ppm black and 12 ppm color. I just upgraded from a HP 2000c and a hp 4+. I like having just one printer and it is XP compatible. By the way, since I upgraded to a pentium 4 with a XP, I haven't seen a blue screen yet. My Okidata was slow at first until I switched to a USB connection. I also downgraded to 600 dpi to save toner. I can barely tell the difference from 1200 dpi. Now it prints all pages very quickly.
