wow, in my humble opinion only a land surveyor, for the appropriate fee would be able to answer this question, even though the information already appears to be on the attachment already. If a land surveyor came to an appraiser with a value question, wouldn't a fee be charged? quid pro quo

Here's your .624 Acres. It comes from the metes and bounds in the bearings/distance box on your survey. I ran it using Deed Plotter+
