Two months ago James was the president of Michigan FHA appraisers.

If they are caught, how do we get the money back?

I kept getting emails from them too and finally sent one back saying I wasn't interested in signing up with any service that required me to pay $$. The email's stopped. Glad I didn't go along with the application and send in check.

When you think about it, $39 isn't that much and lots of people probably paid it for the work. A bunch of $39 checks probably add up to quite a bit though. This is quite a scam!

Sorry that so many other were burned though... hope the guy spends a lot of time in jail.
