The summary page lists my former rather than my current designation.

The report page (linked by clicking on my name on the summary page) lists my former and my current designations both with the same expiration date.

Is this the default protocol and the way my license status should be displayed or is it an error?

- In the State Appraiser Regulatory Agencies section, we added the ability to download the data on each screen. This includes data about State requirements for education, experience, and examinations; fees charged by States; State contacts, addresses, Web sites, and email addresses; and much more; and

- Added a field titled, "AQB Compliant," to each appraiser record. We will be populating this field with "Yes - No - Unknown" as the States supply this data in the near future, This field indicates whether an appraiser conforms to the Appraiser Qualifications Board's minimum testing, education, and experience recommendations for licensing or the minimum testing, education, and experience requirements for certification;

Finally, we modernized and streamlined much of the Web site's underlying code to speed up the site's performance. While we have attempted to clean up all the "bugs" during our extensive testing period, it is almost inevitable that some have escaped detection. If you discover a bug, please email the Webmaster at ben@ASC.gov.

The Appraisal Subcomittee runs the National Registry and is part of the federal government. The Appraisal Foundation has nothing to do with the National Registry and is not part of the government.

That is correct. A link-to and a search function-of the The National Registry of the Appraisal Subcommittee is available on The Appraisal Foundation website, and I erred in the topic of my thread.

Mike:

Ben@ASC.gov is not accepting e-mails with the message "No such mail drop defined." Ditto the HUD Fax#. Ditto the most recent 4 or 5 times I ordered fast food and got the wrong order. Systemic failure nationwide....

Ben Henson has been retired for months. Last time I checked the ASC is without an Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel.

The ASC is in turmoil! Yep, would be a good job for Pam. Last time I looked I was listed twice because Colorado changed the license numbers. I went from CR00001789 to CR1789. Caused major problems.

Any errors in listings on the ASC website should be handled with the Appraisal Board for your state. The ASC website only reports what the states sends them. So contact your state board.
