I need your help on these Tesla Powerwall battery units.
There are two on the wall in the garage. Why do you need two? Or maybe a unit consists of these two on the wall.
Also do they run by electricity or solar. Seems like it's implied it's solar. Is the solar for tesla on roof? I can't see.
And how much does it all costs. How much value do I give it.
Can any electric car use it or just Tesla cars?

You obviously do not understand the system. Better to walk away.

Maybe I should consider buying a Tesla for business expense to learn about these issues.

Aerial shot I do see 12 solar panels on roof.
Besides for whole house, solar also charges Tesla batteries.

A comp nearby has a Tesla solar roof. This is first time I have a comp with such a roof.
Does anyone know how much for these roofs?

In the FWIW, I would look at it like any other solar roof Given the lack of any definitive value data showing a difference.

Better get educated on these systems if your going to appraise in these neighborhoods. Tesla roofs are quite expensive to put in and have a long warranty.

No someone on a forum will give me the adjustment-
Tesla recommends you install a 10.23 kW solar roof system that would cost around $39,017.53 after the solar tax credit, assuming moderate roof complexity. A conventional 10.23 kW system would cost an average of $18,849.80 after the federal tax credit. May 26, 2021 Therefore under the Fernando method his borrowers real out of pocket cost is around $19,000 or rounded up to $20,000 no Underwriter or reviewer will fight over this dollar amount. If a pesky reviewer wants to challenge it inform him this is California and we are run by Green New Dealers and Solar is also no mandatory on all new homes. Now with the Fernando touch he is in like flint. Also for future reference Fernando go to Google and Tesla Online Solar Calculators now your 100% covered.

Does the power wall have anything to do with the car? I was under the impression is only stores electricity in the event of an outage. Tesla car not necessary.

Yeah but.
Do they catch on fire like their cars?
