Test Prep recommendations for initial licensing (PA)

I was neither kind nor very helpful. And am not sympathetic either. If you wanted to talk about that, you should have included that topic matter from the start. An important qualifier because in today's climate a post like that is most likely to come from a PAREA graduate. If you don't understand why that's important, you should research the matter.

Consider yourself fortunate for having an out before you became too committed. The industry is dying on it's last breath.

The harsh part would be supporting such an irrational decision. I should have listened twenty years ago. No reason for more people to suffer.

The appraisal industry is in free fall because it is one of the most poorly and incompetently managed industries which require licensing in the entire country.

You could literally do better mowing lawns. I wrote an article about that a few years back, in fact.
