What up. I dint know how many of you heard this. Utah was named the single strongest state economy recently. Then Saturdays paper came out. Saying our home prices need to come down to match our state income.
 
yes. Our prices need to come down and the Real Estate Agents do not want to hear this. They insist every house is plated with gold....:)
 
Here's another appraiser in Utah. I work in the Provo area.

Yep, just like every house has a valley view.
 
Another Utah appraiser here. I don't post here too often but I like to come here for ideas or whenever I run into a problem I can't figure out. I work out of Logan, & I've actually referred a lot of appraisals to Mr. Kimber here. Mostly the farm or land appraisals in Box Elder county. I prefer the bread & butter single family appraisals here in Cache county.
