I really don't see the need for Innovative courses that engage us, to promote excellence, when all that is needed are pdc's and a team of appraisers that pass around an Appraisal like a cheap ho*ker to knock out 10 a day.... seems contradictory.

Michelle, her husband Dan, and her father Wally are all stand up appraisers. Both Dan and Michelle spend hours serving on appraisal boards. I've known Wally since the 70's, good instructor as well as a good guy.

USPAP or no USPAP, the CE requirement of 14hrs/yr will remain. Cultural awareness and laws/regs courses, too.
