The GRM for a 1025

G-D "GRM". I used to do 1025s so infrequently that *literally* every time I got one from the VA, I'd have to re-learn it from scratch (aka "reinvent the wheel"). Mercifully that is now over and I don't have to do another 1025 EVER again. Ditto for Manufactured homes.

It's the1025 that's to blame. The form is an absolute mess and probably the worst in the Fannie forms package (and that's saying a lot). I do a few of these a year as a mini-narrative, and it's easy peasy.
