I remember one of my first appraisals. Went to look at a nice, luxury home. Retired, elderly lady (but still in good shape and willing to bend over a younen for a whipping if need be) measured, photos, walking around back and saw a really NICE rose garden with a walkway. Walkway had two filled in holes side by side, at opposing sides of an oval.
Had a pool? Yeap, thought it would be fun for the grand kids. But the pump and filter went out, got tired of cleaning, repair calls, buying chemicals, etc. so filled it in for a the rose garden that I always wanted. 8)
Then came my turn, had a house with a pool. Your guest love it, because they are not the ones cleaning it!
