Should I help him and give him the forms to fill out for the OREA? This should be entertaining...

You know something, firstly cancel the request. I will not now nor in the future use your service. Secondly when I ordered the appraisal you said that you wanted $375.00 and I told you that I only have $350.00 as that is what the client gave me and is now out of town. Thirdly I will forward all these emails to Flagstar and make a complaint with their branch manager regarding you. I will as well contact OREA and make a complaint with them as well. I have and will keep on record all the emails that you have sent and will forward all of them to all to Flagstar and OREA.

I just reported him to Flagstar and have emailed them all of our correspondence. They have opened a case against him.

Good job for being proactive! That probably saved your @ss from being dropped off their approved list. Please PM me a Flagstar contact so I can report the unacceptable assignment conditions I get.

Next talk to the head of his company about the unacceptable conditions in the request.

Finally, be glad you are not in Wisconsin!

You never did answer my first question, did he just want a 1007 or both 1007 & 216?

F$k Em' Bucky

Why? I don't have to accept work from anyone I don't wish to.,

" I am looking out for my clients best interests, and questioning a $500.00 fee is not attitude it is just good customer service"

He sounds like such an honest fellow, I bet he even cut his fee to enhance his customer service. :rof:

I was referring to the ongoing State of Wisconsin vs Ray Miller where some broker turned him in for NOT doing something dishonest.

"Angry Beaver", shot you a PM. Did you get it?

Watch out for low flying DUCKS...

Frank,

I am standing up, out of my chair, all misty eyed, clapping! :clapping:

I love the guys that are ready to go over the edge!

Give him my info. I'm on Flagstars approved list and I have a special rate for referrals from this board.

$300 for the rent/$200 for the OIS!

I guess if he actually calls, this would be considered collusion, but what the hell, stick it to him!:new_2gunsfiring_v1:

im laughing my *** off! hes a friggin joke frank! im proud of u for standing up to this BS'r. we take too much stuff from these kindsa guys i swear. i love how u put him in his place. why did he even have to be rude like that? so uncalled for. well good for u. he talks smack and doesnt expect u to be a stand up type of guy? yeah right. hes looking for predetermined values - violation. hes using future business as a threat or contingency to the current transaction - violation. he is practically making your compensation contingent upon the successful closing of his deal - violation. screw him. if he has other appraisers charging $75 for their rental forms then why is he sticking around? he couldve called them. or is he just BS'ing there too? HA! youre a man of great character and dont u ever forget that!
