The new F2 hotkey for Reviewers

My question remains. What does that have to do with the "racist" roads he described. He was talking about Interstate highways physically dividing a neighborhood or a bridge that was supposedly purposely built too low for school bus. Neither of which has anything to do with traffic counts
#1 post clearly states... "Subject property appears to be on a busy road".
Sorry I bothered.
 
Appraisers should know which streets have more traffic than others. It may not be apparent but are parallel to busy streets and they're alternatives in "spill over" streets.
Also like in Berkeley, some streets blocked off thus forcing more traffic into other streets.
In SF, some streets were closed during Covid and still haven't reopened. Not fair for other streets getting the routing traffic.
I notice these details. Seem like other appraisers don't notice these nuances.

Location, Location, Location. Appraiser should give more weight to comps on more similar street as subject.
