Most cereals have high carbs even when no sugar is added. Shredded wheat, for instance. But you can get Fiber One which has a lot of fiber, low carbs

My taste has changed. When change, I ate sweet cereal, candy, ice cream, regular soda, and McDonalds.
Now I eat more fruits and vegetables especially avocado, dark chocolate, diet Coke, daily coffee, protein bar/drinks, and McDonalds.

I always ate veggies and fruit (both my grandfathers were orchardists raising peaches, pears, and apples) We grew big gardens, ate the chickens we raised, the beef we raised - grass fed then finished 30 days with corn. But I snacked way too much and I used to measure coffee in pots not cups. I've switched to Pepsi 1 over sugared Coke and Dr. Pepper, but sun tea in summer. At home I drink as much hot tea as coffee - Twining my favorite brand. My problem is eating too much. And I could get hooked on Black Rifle 300...but I don't drink more than one every few months.

Never a fan of McDonalds, and I have never ate a big Mac. I do like their breakfast biscuits. Avocados are excellent and I used to buy Ross dark chocolate bars - which are low sugar (uses maltitol) Stevia is bitter to me and I won't use it. Ross is out of Canada and now is a good time to order as it won't melt

One of my dad's favorite delicacies was brains and eggs. He liked squirrel brains and scrambled eggs. LOL

I like omelets and quiche. No brains for me.

Some people like hog brains.
