2014-2015 15 Hour USPAP Course
$450.00
A student manual will be included with the class as well as the BIG 2014-2015 USPAP. If you have the BIG USPAP, you will get a $75.00 credit. Saturday and Sunday......... January 4 & 5, 2014.
Location will be at Gaston Association of Realtor’s office, 2923 Audrey Drive, Gastonia, NC 28054.
You will enjoy a smaller class (15 students max.) and the opportunity to actually discuss USPAP issues and interact with the instructor and other appraisers. We want to make a USPAP class as informative and insightful as possible. This course is usually for trainees but we often have seasoned appraisers as well.
If you have had a complaint filed against you with the NCAB that has not been settled.....I urge you to take this course....... 1) as it will show your pro-active attitude and desire to comply, 2) it is very common for this course to be part of a settlement process, 3) you will have a far better understanding of what you did or did not do wrong. If it has been five + years since you took the full 15 hour USPAP......you need it. You need a good working knowledge of Standards 1, 2 & 3 as well as the Rules, Statements and a familiarity with the Advisory Opinions and FAQ's and their purpose.
Please keep note that I have to order student manuals and USPAP books
no later than December 22, 2013 so please email me ASAP if you plan to take this class.
You may take this course for 14 hours of CE Credit.....but it IS NOT a substitute for the 7 hour Update.
PM or email if interested.
