China scooped up record volumes of crude oil imports from Russia in March, adding 790,000 barrels per day to its stockpiles, up from 570,000 bpd in January and February, Reuters’ Clyde Russell reported on Thursday, citing official Chinese import data.

Beijing’s efforts to boost its strategic stockpiles is simultaneously skewing the country’s oil demand picture, with record imports of Russian oil contributing to a false picture of the country’s overall demand, Russell notes.

That “scientific study is off by an astonishing TWO ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE.

This preposterous study passed peer review with little or no criticism (showing just how political the science process has become), and to date has been cited more than 1,100 times. Billions were then spent pushing further papers based on the flawed “Risky Business.” "

I remember watching Pielke testify before Congress in climate hearings, probably ten years ago or so. He seemed impressive-he put the kibosh on the idea that severe weather events were increasing in number or severity, although if I remember correctly he does believe that man is contributing to "climate change."

Who are these idiots and that is an insult to idiots. Somebody that took high school math and physics could tell you that it is not even a pipe dream. It is an outright fantasy. Wind and solar could just as well be Unicorn farts and fairy dust. No difference in the outcome
