Hi, I am an appraiser in Canada with a zillion hours of experience. I belong to the Appraisal Institute of Canada and own an appraisal company. I am in the prosess of becoming Florida State Certified for the "Certified Residential Appraiser". Are there any horror stories to become certified with the State of Florida and is it true that SW Florida is so busy the appraisers can't keep up. Just wondering???????

Dude...where did you hear that? Most F?L appraisers are just scraping by...there are SO MANY of them...and no shortage of under-qualified people panting and eager to cut fees just to get work.
