Not counting "bribe" offers, Nando doesn't get much emoluments.
Though the one that stands out the most was from a homeowner expressing in a long letter how my appraisal gave her a lifeline and money which she really needed.
It was touching and reminded how my services help mankind.

Suffice to say, we have more explanation and elaboration now, but the fundamentals have been around for a long time. The ASB didn't create anything; they have just been refining as we go. These ideas existed prior to licensing and will continue to exist after licensing is retired and replaced with whatever structures come next.

Whatever happened to the "calls for men of ... analytical ability?"
