The owner William fall also owns Valuation Partners AMC. That should tell you all you need to know about working for any of their companies. Cheap cheap and more cheap.

National level l shop that does a lot of AMC work /fee splits- Cali ( with exceptions) is a tough place to be an independent appraiser so you need to see if for yourself if WF offers anything of interest. Many so called staff positions are sign a contract then work at home for less $ per report but more volume. Some firms offer a bare bones benefit package . Only thing to do is contact them yourself - if you do that at least you will know first hand.
