So I actually got a lot done as an agent but the problem was that departments didn't always work with each other. I ended up leaving for other reasons. The people that wanted to get the real work done were stonewalled by lazy workers who caused a lot of waste like people at wildlife fish and game and a few mentally ill people in the community. I was really effective at my job and even got people to dedicate land for free. It's the carbon monoxide from just a few cars and not having the lanes makes it much worse. From what I've seen I think if CO2 levels get to 250 ppm or lower it starts to greatly inhibit global plant growth.

If global warming causes drought, then we must be in a global cooling phase. And so 'climate change' caused Lake Tulare to dry up but 'climate change' caused it to be of historic extent now? The problem is defective memory.

As far as I can ascertain the administration's response to shifting climate patterns is almost comical when you consider the bang for the buck and the return they expect on taxpayer's monies. Since the planet's autocracies are not given to following our brave lead, our effect on CO2 emissions will be miniscule and likely will damage the economy ultimately. Moderate increases in CO2 emissions don't require badly formed policies in the name of saving the world and to do so is doubly foolish without committed worldwide cooperation. All we can do is adapt as necessary and in most areas enjoy the benefits of more rigorous plant growth around the globe.

Climate is cyclical, just as weather is cyclical. You have drought years and you have wet years. That's weather.

The Sahara was once lush and green. The Roman period was warm until the "dark ages" when the sun was dimmed perhaps by volcanic dust containing sulphur compounds. The Justonian plagues were during this time. Then the Medieval Warming Event (MWE) when crops and people prospered. But then the LIA (Little Ice Age) led to low crop production, high mortality, plagues, and cold winters. That ended about 1860, and we saw increased warming of the climate for 140 years or so. We now are at a very stable period where very little warming, if any, has occurred since about 1998...yes, the 1990s were abnormally warm, but not as warm as was the 1930s. The 1910s were years of highly variable weather when many record highs and lows were set at the extremes. Nov. 11, 1911 was notable for setting both the high and the low temperature record for the day as an unusually warm day saw an extreme blue norther come thru the Midwest. Places from KC, OKC, Tulsa, Springfield, MO and Wichita saw temperatures swing by 70 degrees or so within 24 hours.
