As every oilman who has had to deal with a tribe and the BIA, you cannot bully them. They have the upper hand. The Osage tribe, in particular, have a different treaty from say the Cherokee who allowed land "allotments" to be fee simple and generally the owners could sell off the mineral right or lease without the tribes permission. Not so with the Osage, Navajo and others.Oops...
