**this Forum Needs A Thread For The New Uad**

I know we are just one appraiser-and we do Love JGrant-(You are Awesome, SIR).. but this forum does need a Thread specifically for the new UAD. Just saying.. already said this in another thread and we can see NOTHING was done about it!! LOL!! Proud USCG Veteran!!

Hi, I am female. I know my screen name is confusing; they do not allow us to change it. I appreciate the compliment, though! You can always start another thread on UAD 3.6, the more the better.

so sorry, our apologies.. One question,, since we have been part of the Forum for awhile-how would we do that? Is there a Department to contact directly? This is something we are not familiar with on this website and feel it would benefit fellow appraisers.

People change names i believe it takes 30 days after request. One poster's had 4 names over the years.

Just a separate category because we are seeing a bunch of "BUGS" with the new reports/software-and we are very suspicious of these threads saying they are sending reports over with nor problems!! Most likely just "FLUFF" comments or sugar-coating this whole situation..

Grant was a former married name, J my first name initial - I should chang my screen name i guess but then people would not associate my posts with that annoying pest I seem to be known as for some !
