Did anyone else read this yet? This is totally unacceptable, how can this be? Someone must have done something improper somewhere. Are they sleeping on the job these days?

That is the nationwide ASC report, not just North Dakota. Notice that the first column is for the state.

Hey, this is the internet, don't bring facts into the discussion.
You know what TC, I read somewhere on the internet that if you elect to unsubscribe from the ASC regulatory notice email list there is high chance they will perform an unannounced field audit of all your files and records. I'm afraid my copy of "the list" will be out of date. A fireplace may be worth more than 1K these days, just to be safe, I'm going to keep getting their emails.
