Nope, the one hour UAD 3.6 is already here.

This company is bypassing AMC requirements. They sell you the software. Send you the orders. Pay you for the orders. Maintain an appraisal panel.

And skip the AMC licensing entirely.

Write your state appraisal board today and demand they be required to register as an AMC company.

Then the reporting will be subjected to mandatory audit and oversight. See how long they or the idiot appraisers using their service lasts.

For real, Bobby, please file a complaint with your state board about this. They should be a registered AMC with this approach. They mirror every AMC approach, solicit to lenders, onboard appraisers, distribute orders, etc, etc. They should be registered as an AMC.

I checked Colorado's data from only a few months ago, as I periodically save the AMC approval list via notepad txt file form. Not on there.

Can you believe people actually pay for an AMC contact list? It's publicly available free data from every state board in this country, the registered AMC company list.
