Further, conservative and other political elements in much of non-neighboring Europe, are not that upset or afraid of the Russians.
Thus you will see that many conservatives no longer regard Russia as a major threat - while of course the Far Left of the Democrat Party, views it as a total enemy.

So "conservative nationalists" are content to watch Russian tanks roll across Europe? What exactly is the difference between "conservative nationalists" and the political parties responsible for starting World War II if you don't mind me asking?

Germany started WW-11 not Russia and Russia was the Allie that helped us defeat Hitler . Germany was then split between us and Stalin. Where we both plundered them and used them as military bases Now we pretend that Germany is our allies which is non-sense as they have been our bond servants for 77 years and we Guilt Tripped them into shame and emasculated their males to further keep control of them. If they ever got power again they would turn on us like rabid dogs. The same with France which we made the mistake of not handing them to Stalin so he could have helped themselfs become better men. As far as Russian tanks rolling across Ukraine or even Germany no problem with it as we dont need them anymore. Note: Most Nationalists are not traditional wishy washy conservatives who are more similar to Democrats as most have no real ideologies except getting what they want out of congress and senate.

And as these "righteous nationalists" keep externalizing their politics by invading their neighbors where will it end? Should all the world's democracies tremble before authoritarianism? Democracy is a world wide failed Social Experiment and we are now becoming more Communist while they are becoming more Democratic. Authoritarianism-was how the world had been led for its first 5,000 years as mankind knew that the masses need a strong leader to guide them. Kings were the normal and later in Rome Caesars and Dictators who kept the minions in line. Americans are no longer able to be ruled as its a divided country and it would only be possible if Traditional Democrats and Traditional Republicans went back to acting in the best interest of all Americans. BUT that ship sailed as we no longer have anything in common with them and they have nothing in common with us.

Most Americans dont even know where the ukraine is located and most would not suffer one life for them. Therefore let the tanks roll and leave it up to Germany to defend themselfs.

The Pres of Ukraine doesn't think Russia will invade and he thinks Biden is just chest-thumping to distract from his failed domestic agenda. Sorta like Clinton bombing an aspirin factory to detract from the Monica BJ story.

Yea ..... Talking about tanks and tracks was all tongue and cheek really ..... so much bluster out there ..... Mike gave that long manifesto ..... and I couldnt help but laugh at it.

So, the consensus on this thread seems to be that our alliances are a total waste of time and money. How much of the defense budget can we do without then? Would you cut Army, Navy, Air Force budgets and simply roll over for aggressors? Countries have forged alliances throughout history because they are stronger with them, would you let Russia take over Canada simply because they appear to have become "woke"? What countries besides Russia, China and North Korea do the authoritarians on this thread recommend we model our society after?
