Titan forms

Does anyone use Al la mode Titan forms? What is your experience using it?

99% of the time it works well. I have the elite package and so I can get assistance over the phone quickly (24/7). I have never had an issue they could not solve. I know others have had issues and yes, sometimes there are quirks after an update. Right now, I believe my security software is causing some issues. They have sent me some step-by-step instructions on how to allow my Kaspersky security to interact correctly.

I have only had experience with one other software, Appraisers Choice. It was ok, but it seemed to crash every now and then, well at least once or twice a year. I often waited up to an hour on the phone waiting for help. That is when I worked at as a fee appraiser at a firm. I am now on my own.

So, I am satisfied with Total. Outside of Total and Appraiser's Choice, I have had no other experience the other software providers.

I have Titan in my elite package, but it is a worthless feature for us and is no comparison to the Total desktop for my firm.

Titan would probably be okay for a one man shop. But it will never replace the desktop as it is without a huge shift.

Woops, sorry, I did not read the words "Titan forms". I only use the Titan analytics as some of my clients still want the MC form. For that, it works well.
