Hey there. Any Colorado appraisers in this forum? If so, just checking in to see how your workload is. For me, it's been rough. This year has been the most unpredictable I've experienced in my short 10 years in this industry. Oddly busy in January and February, slow in March and April, picked up in May and June, then dropped like a Rocky Mountain boulder in July and now in this first week in August. I'm already on multiple AMC panels and actually had been enjoying a really healthy uptick in non-lender work up until these last few weeks now, and I'm wondering what's up. Just wanting to know if I'm alone here or if anyone else in Colorado is having a similar experience.

Hoping it picks up in September.

It's the time of year combined with rates being up at the upper end of the range of the last two years.

Everybody that needs to move before school starts already bought. People going on end of summer vacations now. I
