I wish all trainees (and licensed folks) the best of luck going for their CR/CG
I've said many times on this Forum, you have to WANT to become an appraiser and it's not for everyone!
But if you keep trying (even 2 or 3 times!) and you really WANT it ... it's worth it
I remember the day (to this DAY) driving back home from passing my CR (that was back in 2/2009)
