Total Is Glitchy

Just got off the phone with a friends of mine that did his first 3.6 with Total. He said it was brutal. The program is glitchy with the cursor jumping around. And you have to make all the adjustments by hand. And Total said the auto-adjust feature won't be ready for 2 months. He spent 4 hours just filling out the form on a basic house.
