I am using the GRAR.

The "Less" cell in the Cost Approach is "stuck" on 50 [years.]

I can change it manually to the 60 years that I prefer to use; however, when I update the "Physical Depreciation" cell using the pull-down function, the "Less" cell that represents that total anticipated life expectancy reverts to 50.

I realize it's probably linked to the template, but it should be possible to over-ride any default options.

Please advise.

Possible Solution:

Open ACI and a report. Click on Options. Click on Report. Select 1004 and select Cost Approach. The screen that comes up will let you change the economic age basis. Change to 60 years. Be sure to check box at the bottom to "apply to future reports . .

Hope this helps.
