I will finish my Masters degree in Real Estate Valuation from VCU this month. Upon completion of the program I look forward to start a career in Real Estate Appraisal and work towards earning the MAI designation so i am in search of a Mentor.
I am in a fortunate position right now and do not need much income so pay is not an issue, i am looking for guidance and experience. I have completed all my classroom hours for the MAI designation from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.I am in the process of applying for trainee license so i should have it soon. Also, i have made myself familiar with the ACI software.I am a hardworking, fast learner and professional individual.
