Wanted: a few Licensed trainees in Southern California. I am willing to train a few new appraisers in my area. Orange, San Diego, Riverside, LA and San Bernardino Counties. Per USPAP I will be accompanying the new appraisers through their inspections until I feel they are ready to go at it alone. At the beginning their will be the 20% trainee 80% split.
